How to Log a Call

Logging calls with the GNS Helpdesk-
GNS is committed to providing you with efficient and excellent service. To this end the GNS helpdesk is designed in a way which makes it very easy for your delegated staff to log computer related support calls online  (http://www.gns.co.za).
Please note that calls logged are submitted directly into the helpdesk database and are not received by us as an email and then entered onto the system. The advantages of logging calls online include:
